We've used them three times, with excellent results. Very reasonable options and solutions each time, When we have a computer problem, they're an automatic call - CODA Records (Bel Air)

The technicians took the time to talk to me and give me options on upgrading my computer or getting a new one. They told me what would be more cost effective, then helped me choose a refurb computer that would work best for my needs

I had a laptop that was giving me a hard time. I dropped it off in the afternoon and it was 400% better by the next morning. I intend to bring all of my problems to Tim going forward. Have a trustworthy service tech is invaluable.
