My recent experience with G&A was absolutely outstanding. The service was incredibly fast and easy. The staff was friendly and competent. I brought my van in for an estimate and I left in a rental car. I didn't have to think about a thing. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. It was nothing short of excellent., G&A had my insurance paperwork ready why I walked in the office and when it was apparent that my car wasn't driveable, they immediately ordered me a rental. I didn't have to ask or even make the call. The rental was there in less than five minutes. My van was ready on scheudule and as promised. This was the most pleasant auto body experience I have ever encountered. I would highly recommend G&A to anyone needing autobody work done in the Bel Air Maryland area. Thanks G&A.

This place does horrible work. They have had my vehicle for 6 weeks for a job that was supposed to take 5 days. They called 6 times to pick it up and the work was not done right, once they tried to use a used part and pawn it off as a new part. Today i tried talking to the owner he wouldnt even look at the car, told me there was nothing wrong then told me to leave his lot and tried to slam the door on me.
