This place is horrible! I am a renter for 5 years and you cannot speak at an association meeting. You are not allowed to even ask a question or they will shut you up! Oh wait, it's age discrimination because I am 36 years old and was told not to speak or ask one question at the meeting, but a woman that is mid 60s was allowed to speak at the meeting and lied about a neighbor that she was mad at and the association fined the other neighbor, just because she is in the geriatric cliche that this place is ruled by. Then when she isn't mad at the neighbor anymore, tries to have the whole building sign a paper petition retracting her complaint on the neighbor because the association was fining the innocent neighbor $500 for the fake complaint that was originally brought up by Cindy, the liar neighbor. This place is a joke. Do not move here unless you are looking for a nursing home atmosphere. They do not like kids here and make it known too!

This place is horrible. The only thing they do well is having the grass cut. Literally no maintenance is done such as changing air filters or cleaning out dryer vents. No wonder they've had several fires! Too many old women in the complex too trying to tell everyone what to do. They want your money on time but do nothing for it!! It took 4 days to clear the outside building steps and sidewalks after the recent snow. 4days!! This place isn't safe to live in, look elsewhere.

I'm a current owner of a condominium in this development. The living environment is decent, but the association is the absolute worst I've ever experienced in my life.If you want to be constantly watched by the geriatric / middle-aged crisis community run by the Fourth Reich, then be sure to pay your $260/monthly fee... and you don't get what you pay for.

This place is terrible and the management company is terrible. Won't fix anything as they are always trying to quick fix stuff on the cheap. Parking is terrible. You can't have overnight visitors because if they don't have a parking pass they get towed. And you can't get a visitor parking pass either as they don't have any visitor parking. I was told to have my daughter park on the street when she came to visit. the street they refer to is 1/4 mile away from my unit. The owners, mostly old ladies (old bitchy hens) walk around and harass the renters by reporting anything they don't think is up to par. They park wherever they want at the pool when it clearly has signs of no parking. I have witnessed on numerous occasions the old ladies yelling at the youth lifeguard. I got my truck towed and I had a parking pass in it. Speaking with others and I find out a bunch of late night towing is being done. The Association must be getting kick backs. Snow removal sucks. Lawn care sucks. They enter your unit on a regular basis to complete Bank Audits? Can't fix anything you request. And you can never get a hold of anyone to get a resolution on anything. This place is a joke. Steer clear. Much better properties in the area. Also, have had 3 buildings burn to the ground in the last year and a half and they won't give you an explanation on the cause of the fires. Probably because the maintenance team sucks. Unsafe place to live. I would not recommend this place to a bum on the street.
