We had one appointment here and will never go back. We arrived for our 12:45 appointment on 08/06/13 (When my son was barely 3 days old) by 12:30 so that we could get checked in, fill out paperwork etc. However when we arrived there was a note on the door that said 'Back at 1:00'. This was very upsetting and stressful to both me, my husband, and the two other new mothers that were waiting outside in the rain with their newborn children. I tried to give the nurses the benefit of the doubt thinking 'maybe there was an emergency or something'. However at 1:07, several nurses returned, strolling through the parking lot, fast food and drinks in hand, in no rush whatsoever.

Our actual appointment was very rushed and felt extremely impersonal.

There were no apologies and no one tried to make up for any inconvenience. They have no grace period when you are late for your appointment, but have no problems if their staff is almost 30 minutes late for it. No one cared when we left, no one asked for a follow up visit. I have no problem paying professionals to do their jobs, however as you can see in our experience no one at Laurel Pediatrics is professional in the least.

We also have a nice $150 bill to pay now, and they are not at all sympathetic to our experience and will not budge on the amount charged for their "professional services."
