As a credit cooperative, Ag New Mexico is owned by its borrowers and managed by a customer-elected board of directors. When you receive an ACA loan, you also become a stockholder, which entitles you to vote on the board of directors and on important co-op issues. No other type of lender offers that advantage. The cooperative lending institution also is a proud member of the Tenth Farm Credit District, which encompasses New Mexico, Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama.
