We have always been very pleased with the custom service that The Cordova family has offered. The pride of ownership in their business shows from the moment the beef is dropped off. Owner Steve Cordova is attentive to his customers needs and assists each customer as if they are the only. The quality of the cuts and the detail in the wrap are outstanding. PROFESSIONAL MEAT CUTTING AT ITS BEST! Our beef and pork were cut and wrapped with dignity and quality. Steve and his staff were courteous and knowledgable about all cuts.
