Very poor customer relations with "small" business. Would expect an establishment to honor their word when it comes to "quality product" for a low price. Should be able to trust in communication from establishment when there was an expected delay instead of letting product rot for nearly two months before making any mention of it through my complaint with better business bureau. This customer feels cheated and jerked around by the management of this business. Discrimination, or Bias?
