HORRIBLE! Extremely rude, condescending, treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about, wouldn't listen, interrupted frequently, wouldn't allow me to answer questions, put down the product I chose (even though they secured the brand and are the only reps in the valley) told me it was only a decorative unit which is total bs and none of his damn business, than tried to sell me some crappy, ugly unit I didn't want. I put him in his place a few times during our conversation but it did no good. Total and complete jackass in desperate need to retire! How this guy stays in business is beyond me. I went to Bare's Stove and Spa who have been amazing! I have a tiny house blog with a large following and have already written my opinions on this guy. Say la vie!

Very RUDE! Called to make an appointment and the guyed yelled at me and told me I should learn how to fix my own fireplace! If I could fix it myself I wouldn't have called!

I just went to this store and there was not a person in there which I thought was interesting. I soon found out why. The gentleman (i am using this term loosely) who helped us was the most rude condecending guy I have ever dealt with. I told him what I had in mind for my fireplace in my workshop and he insulted my idea and said I need to make sure the fire department had my address. Instead of helping he just made rude remarks such as that one until my dad and I just walked out and told him he was a jerk. So I will never step foot or refer anyone to ever go there.

We had them come out and check a noisy fan on our blower. We called Burning Stoves and they said they would do a service call consisting of checking out our stove, cleaning the glass, etc. The tech took 10 minutes, did not do anything other than reach in and grab the motor and then said that we needed new bearings and gave an estimate for a new fan for $350. For this we were billed $85, We called a different company and was told that there was nothing wrong with the bearings, gave a minor adjustment and now it is running just fine. all of this for $50. Maybe you can get a good deal on buying a stove, but I will NEVER use them for a repair!

The service has been great from Burning Stoves and Stuff. We had a very difficult installation but JD helped us find a great fit and solution for our gas insert. They came out and did a free estimate and the price was almost exactly what we were quoted. We love it. We have it serviced every year by their service tech. Thank you for all your great service!
