i dont get what is so damned hard about a vanilla blizzard! this is the 5th and final time you all will screw up my order! i repeated my order to you all TWICE! and you still get it wrong. i dont even live two miles away and i get home and the chicken is cold... can you do anything right? i am disgusted at the extreme lack of care. what has happened to customer service? and what about this is worthy of twenty dollars!?!

I was actually completely disgusted with the way my wife and I were treated. The managers were actually Unbelievably rude to us when we voiced our concern about what we found in our food. We were scolded by the manager in front of their staff and other customers. Actually two other couple that were in line walked out and told us that they could not believe that we were treated in that manor. To say the least, if you are craving DQ it is worth the drive to the Bozeman Location.

They always mess up orders! They are rude, horrible customer service.
