I have enjoyed there summer sausage and venison sticks I had made last season, but I never know what i am going to find in my steak packs, terrible cuts with a single steak with a bunch of slices, or really garbage cuts with numerous steaks, lots of silverskin left on, not good looking steaks at all, pretty disappointed.

If you go here plan on your steaks looking like they where put in a wood chipper and then slapped in some butcher paper with some tape on it. This is by far the worst wrapping and butchering I have seen in a long time. I have used many butchers in Utah, Idaho, and all over Montana. This is by far the worst place i have ever been.

I finally got to come home and go on first big game hunt in 20 yrs. I had limited time to to get my meat processed before flying out. Every other processor I called in the valley was either rude or unaccommodating to a couple day turn around. Flying Fur was extremely courteous anaccent way out of their way to help me get my meat cut and frozen prior to my departure. Randy and his wife are extremely professional and go the extra mile to see you are taken care of. Also, their facility was extremely clean and sanitary. When I come back in two years I know exactly where I'll be taking my game again.. God willing!

Flying Fur Custom Meats is one of the cleanest places in the valley to bring your meat. They make great sausages and the prices are great. They are fast and do a great job of packaging. They know what they are doing and how to do it. Check them out.
