Don't bother to use her unless you do your initial tax filing with her because if you are new, she doesn't value you. My husband and I needed to fix our return for a state income. He worked in this state for part of a year before we got married and then moved. They were trying to tax all our income, not just his while living there, so they said we owed when we didn't. So, since my mom used her and she had done MY taxes 2 years ago when I lived in the area, we decided to use her. We dropped off the forms in July, she knew we had 90 days to refile. She promised to have them done by the second week of September. September came, they weren't ready. October came, they weren't ready. I had to get mean on the phone to get a real answer. She chewed me out, blamed ME for not using her and she had to fix my mistake. We lived on the other side of the country at the time!!! How dare she. Finally, after badgering she got them ready in November-- 2 days PAST the 90 day deadline. Biggest waste of 50 bucks ever!
