Low prices aren't everything: We purchased a water pressure tank from this company on 9/15, which arrived quickly, but it was defective. First I found out I had to return the faulty one before they would send a new one - fine. So I arranged to send it back. I was told for 3 days it would be picked up from my office and finally had to call repeatedly to get it picked up on 9/30. Westside received the tank on 10/3, so I called and spoke to a Tom Miller who assured me the replacement would be shipped that afternoon. Well it wasn't, so I called again today and spoke to yet another supervisor who promised to check into things and call me back - he never did.

So here we sit, going on 2+ weeks with NO RUNNING WATER! Which I have told them several times. I would just purchase another tank from someplace else, but we don't have the funds. This company is holding us hostage. I would never ...NEVER buy anything from these people again, nor recommend anyone else to. They have an EXTREMELY poor version of customer service. I only gave them 1 star because 0 stars wasn't an option!
