Scheduling and follow up were great. Mr Green arrived at my house and had the problem worked out and the AC running in no time. His skill level was above superior allowing him to move thru his work with ease and professionalism. In the 17 years we have been dealing with Akins this experience has been consistent. We have many single family rental homes on the Suwannee River and they have supported my ever AC need - from service to replacement and installation. Service is the key and Akins has the right personal in the office and in the field.

We've been customers of Akins Heat & Air for the 30 years we've lived in Gilchrist County. They never make you wait for service, and most of the time they arrive at your home the same day. With the hot, humid days we have here, it's really important to have your A/C up and rnning when you need it. Today was one of those days! I found that me central unit was blowing out air, but not COLD air. I immediately called Akins. The receptionist was so sweet and assured me that someone would be calling me back in a few minutes,which he did. After getting my address he was here within 15 minutes! No sooner had he opened up the side of the A/C than he looked inside and immediately knew what the problem was. He was so courteous and explained to me exactly what had happened.. I thought the charge was very fair and thanked him for responding so quickly. I would never call anyone except Akins when it comes to heating or A/C problems. They're the very best! Douglas came out to change air filter & service unit. My husband & I look forward to seeing Douglas he is very professional, kind, always on time we appreciate it. My husband, my mother & I drove to Bell FL enjoyed eating at Akins Restaurant met the phone receptionist for Akins a/c she is very nice. At Akins a/c everyone is like family to you. I called at 9pm Friday night, Douglas came out to fix my air conditioner, he was very professional and had my air working again in less then an hour.
