These dedicated medical doctors and staff know what they are doing! Have been a patient for more than 7 years and have always received the best primary care from Palms Medical Group wherever located in North Florida. In particular I am forever grateful to Dr. James Ivey who during a routine annual exam found an aneurysm of the aorta which was quickly remedied by referral to a vascular surgeon at the nearest hospital. If not for the discovery of this life threatening condition I would not be alive
today.

I used to go here for Dr. Freashwater but now she's gone so I am no longer going back but the woman who does x-rays is very nice!

HOrrible lack of compassion,and lack of knowledge danerous.i had to go some where else and they say its a good thing i did.please go somewhere else

1star because that is lowest permitted. Must call 8AM to request appointment that day but impossible to get thru. Lab results after blood work take 2 - 3 months and they refuse to send info. They say call for follow up to discuss what pills they are pushing but you can't get in! Save yourself and go anywhere else,

Never felt so discriminated in my life. The Doctor never even introduced himself to me and refused to even help me address my issues. Avoid this establishment unless you are caucasian.

Used to be great. Now,paper work does not get processed in a timely manner, phone calls are not returned. They have just gotten too big to fast. If you expect a decent level of customer service go to Trenton. They are great. The Bell facility has become so yesterday.

I have been going to the Bell office off and on for the past two years and have found the front office staff to be pleasant despite being obviously very busy. At one time, they even squeezed me in and stayed late! Eventhough I live in High Springs, I still go to the Bell office. Dr Thomas is very easy to talk to and thorough.

The dr's are great!!! Its just a really long wait time.

Dr. Dunn is awesome, but even she can't fix the rest of the staff. All the staff are grumpy and rude every time I go in. When making an appointment, I spend over an hour just trying to get someone to answer the phone. At least at the Trenton Palms, the only jerks are at the front desk. Unfortunately these guys have the luxury of treating people like garbage because this is the country and they are the closest Dr.'s office. To the staff- since you don't like people, you really chose the wrong profession.
