I have order a few cakes from this location more than once ... but only because friends used to order from here! terrible mistake for my newphew birthday party was that last time his birthday cake was VERY DRY, CAKE MIXED WAS NOT COMPLETELY MIXED and the designed i had asked for was the all wrong and when i had call to complain about the cake they told me that in the contract you have to call or take the cake back and hour or two after picking it up.... but on a birthday the cake is the last thing you do! you cut the cake to start dismissing the guest which is way over 2 hrs. NEVER GET ANYTHING FROM THE LOCATION AND ALSO THE 1 IN BELLGARDENS AWFUL PLACE DO NOT EVEN STOP TO LOOK IT IS NOT WORTH ALL THE HEADACHES AFTER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered my wedding cake from here and they said they would deliver it and not only did they deliver it about 4 hours late they got the order completely wrong. I decided to give them another chance with my girl's birthday cake and once again I was let down, on the day of her birthday I went to pick up the cake and the bakery was closed due to oven repairs, this place sucks service cakes and the pan dulce, SKIP THIS PLACE, find somewhere else to purchase bread.
