Absolutely Pathetic!!! Restaurant opened at 10:30am, arrived at 10:50am and there was no food on the buffet. Waited for 40 minutes and had to select the poorly prepared items that were brought out little by little. Owners were offended and became rude and irate when I asked for a discount since the buffet was not fully prepared and ready. They claimed they could not have had the food ready because they "come in late to start cooking". I asked them why they didn't open untill 11:30 if they can't have a properly prepared buffet ready when they open. Very rude and disrespectful as business owners in this community. Food was 2 out of 10 and service was in the negative range. My biggest mistake is that we stayed to eat. Won't make that one again. Not many restaurants in Bella Vista, but you should drive to another town if you are looking for a Chinese Restaurant or one that ranks above a rating of " 1 ". Hope food poisoning is not on the menu for me later tonight. It's possible!!!
