231-533-8538 Ruthie's is a special destination in the town of Bellaire. Must visit! We always go for ice cream creations, but the food is good too. The ceiling and walls are decorated with vintage kitchen stuff. It is open It is open seasonally, but in season, the people are lined up out the door. It is small, with seating for perhaps 30 people or so.
