Worst Jimmy Johns ever! We ordered from them several times and had not had any major issues until we ordered from them the other night. To start off it took 40 minutes for the order to get here. NOT FREAKY FAST as usual. When we opened our sandwiches we realized they had made MAJOR mistakes to our order. I called the store to speak to the manager and she was not there. The "kid" that took my call was the most unhelpful, rudest person I have EVER talked to. I explained to him that my order did not have the Dijon mustard I had told them to add and he said "it has to be in there somewhere" I explained it was not. His response was "oh, what do you want me to do?" . This bizarre conversation continued till he hung up on me. I waited several minutes and called back and asked for the manager and I was told she was not there yet and I asked for a district managers phone # . The kid said "F*** you and I am not giving it to you and hung up on me again. I finally got hold of the manager several calls later and she told me that she would not give me the number and hung up on me as well. I will NEVER order from this store again and I was appalled at the lack of customer service and unprofessional-ism of the staff and their handling of this issue. What kills me is that it was not really a huge issue and yet it got blown up into one. All I really wanted was the sandwich re-done correctly but after talking to these smart aleck people I know they would have spit in it or done worse.
