This is an internet operation only as I dropped by their office when I did not receive the flowers my daughter ordered to be delivered to me for Mother's day. They were unable to find any information about the order on their computer. Seems someone does not know how to process orders.

This appears to be a 800 # just to place orders, not a real florist. I ordered flowers for my daughter-in-law's 40th birthday. Requested flowers be delivered early to her office and something beautiful for the occasion. Flowers were delivered late and were small and considered okay. Contacted rep for Kay's, but the attitude was oh well. I would not recommend this florist to the military and civilians I work with daily. When you receive a call back on an arrangement, every effort should be made to correct the problem. Kay should have contact the florist in Vrigina, explained the compliant and requested new flowers be send. Don't brush off the customer!
