Extremely rude personnel, I was hung up on twice . They heard me speaking spanish and immediately gave me an attitude and hung up. Next time i called, i was transferred straight to voicemail. I will make sure none of my truck drivers ever use their service. It's sad that there are people out there that don't know how to do business and instead divert their energy into reprimanding someone's unchangeable ethnicity.
