I took my Mitsubishi convertible to Glades Collision for a new paint job. I planed on selling it but when i got it back i decided to keep it because it looked so good. It looked new so i ordered me a car cover for it and will take it out on the weekends.... Not 4 sale now! SORRY, Pictures on FB Roger Britt

This is the worse car repair shop I have ever dealt with. I recently had the bumper for my sons car replaced after he parked it in a ditch. They replaced my bumper and when i came in to pick up the car the bumper had several scratches on it. I approached the manager David with my concerns on this and he made the claim I had scratched! After arguing with him on the subject i told him I would not pay for the repair and would be contacting my insurance company on him. He eventually agreed to have it repaired and it was done right the second time to my satisfaction. Wish i would have read these reviews first.

I truely do not believe this guy knows what he is doing. I had my car in his shop a few months back. The issue was side impact to the drivers side door. Everything looked great from the outside. But upon taking my car into the dealer i was told my airbags were not working and thaqt they needed to keep my cars to try and repair it! The dealer calls me today to tell me the guy put in the wrong door which didnt actually include an airbag.

The manager actually went above and beyond to help me with my repairs. They did an excellent job with my car.

I had a similar issue with this repair center. I had my car brought in for service to replace the door of the car. They kept postponing the date the car would be fixed. For a week he told me the car would be ready that day and i could pick it up but whenever i called to be sure he never would answer or call me back. Several nights he said he would even deliver the car to me at work but never did. Almost a month after having the car in the shop i finally get my car back only to have my car not detecting its airbags. I caled him on this and he never answered the phone or called me back. I eventually called and got ahold of him where he told me to take it to GM to have it fixed however GM won't fix it for free.

Glades kept postponing the date car would be done. It was picked up 12/26. He said that the car would be done by new year's. Now it's 1/8... Supposed to be delivered tonight, let's see!
