I stop at this location at least 3 times a week on my commute to Wichita. The drive through needs much improvement. the speaker is bad and hard to hear as well as the LED screen has not worked since the beginning of year.

My order is sometimes messed up, as today I ordered an egg biscuit with jam and half cut large tea. I got down the road and had a plain biscuit with jam and regular tea.

The teams that work are so fluctuating. I don't know if it is due to turnover or just the way they are scheduled, but some are not the brightest and friendliest.

Prices on the large drinks are 1.79 at this location. Any other MCDS in Sedgwick, Sumner, and Cowley county they are .99. Why does this store not participate in that part of marketing?

So going forward, I will wait until I get into Wichita to use MCDS.
