I have never had the displeasure of dealing with the rudest women in my life. Not only do they belittle you and try to make you look stupid, they are incredibly rude and nasty! Don't go here. At least not the location in Belle Vernon anyway...

I made the mistake of going to Joe Fida's with my boyfriend to fax some papers and we had a few questions about his license

The CSR made it very clear with her lack of effort when we walked up to her desk. There was no friendly greeting or pleasantries. She sat back on her chair with her hands folded across her middle.Apparently, if it looks too much like work, it is beyond this young woman's abilities. Couldn't answer the first question, had no interest in looking up any further information. I had always heard good things about Joe Fida but I have come to understand, customer service means NOTHING at Joe Fida's. Guaranteed I won't be back nor will I ever give a favorable recommendation.
