I CALL to see if they have a part for my car, & when the guy would be available to do it. The response I get it .. "I have the part, but I already have two to do so i'm not doing it today .. I'm leaving at three" Keep in mind it was 9:30 am when I called .. Another shop I called said it only takes about 40 mins to install. Soo .. This lazy guy just didn't want to work on it. Bc 9:30 + two 40 min installations doesn't equal 3 pm.

They should work on their customer service. Big time.
