Their services would be a lot better if they'd learn to keep their drive thru open at night and stop forcing people to walk inside at three in the morning. Just saying.

People expect edible food wouldn't you think? Well, don't waste ur money or time. I order those snack wraps often and you would not believe how many of the cooks send out a piece of chicken no bigger than someone's finger. Because if I order more than 2-3 and they don't have the chicken made (they are supposed to cut it in half) they will just comprise and CHEAT the customer by cutting it in three pieces instead of putting in more chicken. It truly infuriates me to the point that I hv to leave if I'm there, so I won't blow my top!! This is not the only McDonald's that does this and it's not McDonald's, it's the cook... I reviewed on this McDonald's because they're the most frequent. And trust me I wouldn't doubt some of the chicken, especially grilled and later at night, has been in a warmer, or however they keep it, to the point of such crispness it' comes like a leather shoe!!! Well or cheap vinyl, LOL. Why would any "cook" send something out like that!? TRUST ME, I would much rather wait and get a quality product and what I actually purchased, than to be CHEATED and/or hv to throw away or call and return the dried up crap they actually rolled up in a tortilla and called it Chicken!! Where's the quality control? And I have often wondered if it was a prerequisite that you smoke before you can get an interview... Most of the smokers (and I did say MOST) can not go over 1 hour without a "smoke break". During hours where there is less mgt present it is so abused I believe they would get paid more for the time they have spent outside!!! Then they complain they just have absolutely no time to do "lobby" work. And trust me there has NEVER and I repeat!!! NEVER been a clean table when I hv chosen to come inside to eat. And if the ketchup has any in it for your little cups, you need to reach up to the sky, because you have just witnessed a MIRACLE!!!
