This dental is not good at all. I mean the Dr Scott Lampert.

. After X-ray,this Dr didn't explain anything and said only one option which he already decided .This Dr had no effort or any skill to have conversation with anybody which is professional level ,very rude no caring my feeling and refused to give me any other way to fix the problem. After this I was cried so hard in front of my husband. I need his apologized. I respect all the doctors but not this one.

Have insurance, went to get my teeth cleaned. Spent two hours getting xrays done and subjected to up selling of services. Asked specifically only for services which were covered by insurance and was told that my visit would be covered. Hygenist who looked at my teeth said she only saw mild gingivitis and only because it had been so long since my last cleaning. Per their own literature I qualified for a "cleaning" which is what I asked for, yet proposed services came back with $500+ price tag and none of it covered under my insurance. They out right refused to perform a simple cleaning. I should have known better when part of their standard paperwork includes "Care Credit" credit application.
