My husband and I have been customers since Irmi first opened her business. she is Professional through and through. Her tailoring is perfect, and she her best to have clothes dry-cleaned like new...sometimes sending back items if they are not to her satisfaction.

This place sucks. Irmi is indeed crazy and a horrible seamstress. Never, never go to this place! Horrible, Horrible, Horrible.

I'm not sure what the other reviewer is talking about, but I guess to each his/her own. I used to go to another dry cleaner almost immediately across the street from Irmi's and after repeatedly receiving my clothes back in a haphazard manner, I decided to look elsewhere. That's when I discovered Irmi's. It's now my go-to place and her alterations have been outstanding. I'm always greeted by name and with a smile when I walk in. I'm extremely thankful that I no longer have to deal with the big boy down the street who seems to employ the rudest people on the planet.

Don't use her services. She ruiends clothing. Not only is she a horible tailor, but she is rude and unkind. She curses at her customers if you disagree with her. She scared my kids and on more than one occasion people have had to call the police for her damaging clothing and threatening them harm. I and others have needed the services fixed and scott's is a great alternative. I highly recommend using them. One star is way to high of a rating. I would only suggest using this place if you want all your clothes damage.
