But I say it's more like poor management though. Some manager's need to learn that good management IS NOT napping in your office/ taking smoke breaks or, nit picking/ yelling at their employees.

Poor service etc. Need I say more.

Dear Chakeres Cinema 8 You needs to come to realize that in troubled economy people come to the movies to take their minds off of their day to day life, so you need to make sure these people have a pleasant time at the movies and enjoy themselves, Which would you need to greet everyone with a friendly (smile at the very least) and when your aren't greeting/ serving people. Work at going the extra mile, going out of your way to help the customer and to ensure their time there is pleasant a one. Management you to make sure you staff if at their best. By setting the example by doing the the same thing (when you have time and not just posting this for them to read) P.S If you want to make sure your employee's make sure there's enough for them to do, and get off backside step out the office every so often, and another thing you could easily be reported to Heath Dept. if you don't do some about the cleanliness of your place.
