Very disappointed. Went on a Monday to have my daughter's flower girl dress hemmed and pick up Thursday. When I went to pick it up she didn't remember it was for that afternoon. Tried pre-paying to send someone else to pick it up and she wanted to charge $140. I stated it was outrageous, it was $100 dress. She lowered it to $120 but had to be cash. I did not have that with me at the time and had to pay $127 because I used a check and she needed to pay taxes. I know it doesn't cost that amount and I felt scammed and taken advantage of. I was dressed in scrubs and I feel she overcharged me because of my clothes and car. Everyone needs to be charged the same for the work. This was a total ripoff!!!
