Having worked for a Vet Clinic in Texas for several years before retiring to Summerfield, FL - I can honestly say that BVH has an amazing staff - very competent techs and exceptional Vets - and that's coming from a person who raised working Blue Heelers for 25 yrs on our Quarter Horse ranch (shipped dogs all over the US as well as internationally) and Japanese Bobtail cats (more recently since retiring) so I feel very qualified in saying that BVH is by far the best choice in Marion County when it comes to choosing quality Vet care for your pets - bar none !!!

The facilities are clean, staff is friendly and the vets are fantastic! Highly recommend them, we frequently get our health certificates here and they are the best around! There prices are nothing but fair and do everything they can do accommodate your pets needs with a price that you can afford. I won't go anywhere else.

I have taken my dog to Belleview Veterinary Hospital since he was 8 months old. My dog (Boogie Bear) is now 14 years old and is in good health. I'm sad because I had to move and now must take my dog to another Vet in SC.
I recomend this Veterinary Hospital to everyone.
The Vets there are Tops and most of all, the prices are fair.
They saved Boogie Bear from death once when my dog got into some chicken bones and was very sick and bleeding internaly.

BEWARE OF PRICE GOUGING! Our family has been doing business with this clinic for 40 years because we always trusted we were getting the best price. When it came time to put our dog down after 14 years we were heartbroken. I called the office to set up an appointment and was told that the price would be $188 for me to be in the room with her. Now keep in mind that we were taking her home to be buried so no cremation services were needed. I could send my pet in to the room alone for $88. After speaking with several other people we realized this was not right. I called up another local vet that had been recommended and was told I could be in the room and take my pet home to bury for $30! I was appalled and called the office manger to talk about the issue. She was so rude and hung up on me. I will never go here again when I get another pet. My mom had her dogs knees replaced and was charged $2000 at this office when in fact other vets charge $800. So beware of prices. The vets are good, but prices are high.
