Amazing customer service for uhaul storage notary faxes and shipping. I will only use this facilty they are the best

The employees were very helpful and thorough. I felt my items were secure there. I will only rent storage and Truck from them.

THIS IS THE MOST UNREASONABLE PLACE TO RENT A SPACE FROM. AFTER TWO YEARS OF RENTING A UNIT WE MOVED OUT OF THE UNIT ON MAY 3 AND THEY CHARGED US A WHOLE COMPLETE MONTH INSTEAD OF PRO-RATING!!!! THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS!! I SPOKE WITH 2 OTHER NEAR BY STORAGE PLACES AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD HAVE PRO-RATED, ESPECIALLY DURING THE FIRST 5 DAYS OF THE MONTH. STEER CLEAR AND STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! RIP OF ARTISTS!!

This company and these two people have gone above and beyond the call of duty to help me answers some questions that I had concerning their business. They answered the phone and helped me over the phone repeatedly. I really did not expect them to be so patient, helpful and friendly. They were great. I would recommend this company.
