After seeing a very deceptive display at HomeDepot, we had 3M non-reflective window film installed in sunroom. The Salesman promised that the room would be cooler...as the film would help stop the heat. Our room was open to the rest of the house with no A/C vent, and we weren't sure if we should put in an AC vent or the 3M film. The salesman said, "if you get this film, you may not need the A/C vent", and he said that they would go out of their way to make sure that we were satisfied...this was a lie.



We filed a BBB complaint.....they have not even asked what they might do to make this right. Their only response was to spout statistics & BS double talk, the bottom line is the room is still 5-10 degrees warmer than the rest of the house, worse than before.



We decided to install the AC vent, remove the $1,170 worth of worthless non-reflective film, & install reflective film instead. It's sickening that we wasted so much money.



This co. promises a lot, but delivers nothing!
