Provided by YP.comCompany is the worst company ever they are so rude to their customers apparently the company manager which is the little redheaded child that sits at the front desk that is extremely rude I do plan on getting hold of the Better Business Bureau and make it a formal complaint on this company after reading all the reviews and how bad they were I got first-hand of exactly how awful they are

Provided by YP.comOnly gave this business a 1 star rating because there wasn't anything lower. HORRIBLE customer service! Overcharged often, my water bill is typically $15 or under..one month I was charged over $240! Their meter had a leak and kept telling me I had a leak somewhere and I did not. Their service man even came out to fix it and never reported until weeks later!!!! The employees are unreasonable and rude!! Now it's a normal thing to be overcharged every single month and they will just argue with you.

Provided by YP.comi agree with the previous complaints. from january 2014 through april 2014 our house was locked up, no one living in it. every month there was a $20 water bill. it was always the same amount. we figured there was a mandatory fee. until may bill came around and the bill was less then $10. we went to pay it and talked to the company lady AGAIN and this time she informed us that there was not a mandatory fee. the bills ran right around $15 for may, june and july. then we got the bill to pay in august and the amount now is $41!!! our gallon amount more than tripled! as did our bill. i called them and they insist that it is our fault. i told the guy that we are two older people living here, we dont have a washer, pool, dont water the grass and there is no reason why it should be so high! three of the neighbors water bills more then doubled on the same billing cycle as ours. this guy didnt care, he said "you dont realize how much water you use." i told him we havent done anything different in any of these months and in fact have used less water as we havent been here as much. he said he could have the water meter pulled but we had to put a deposit down to have it tested. if the test showed a problem with the meter then the company would pay for it but if there wasnt anything wrong with it then we had to pay for the testing. WTF????? since when it is our responsibility to check THEIR equipment? he was rude and short with me, refused any kind of help and just plain didnt care. he just wanted it paid. now im concerned that since i paid it online this time, after reading some of these post, that maybe it wasnt such a good idea to pay it online. yea,,,,,, we are very much angered by this. not happy at all!!!

Provided by YPmobileThis company is absolutely deplorable. I paid my bill on line and then called them to ensure that they received the payment only to be told that it hadn't posted yet and that they would be shutting it off of I didn't come into the office and pay the bill that I had already paid and a $21 reconnect fee. At this time it was 8:30am and it hadn't even been shut off yet. That didn't matter, they wouldn't allow me to pay over the phone and I was at work. They shut off my water and by the time I got off I was forced to pay a bill I had already paid and an after hours fee, all in all a$21 water bill cost me$103. This is absolutely ridiculous. These people need a little karma to kick them in their back side. I know if they have an on line bill pay system she could have looked the payment reference number, that I was issued upon receipt of payment, up in her computer and verified that it had in fact been paid. These people are disgusting!

Provided by YP.comI have had their service for years and for years I have complained about the same problem. BILLING!!!! They are ridiculous in their time frame of payments and if a day late cut off for a 20 dollar bill costs 62.00 emergency reconnect. That is highway robbery. Credit cards can't charge those kind of fees. I could see if someone is mounting a large bill but 15 to 20 dollars come on. They need to notify their customers about internet payment so their customers are informed that they are able to use this benefit instead of getting ripped off with 62.00 reconnect emergency fees for late pmt. When the payment is actually sitting on the billing clerks desk as we speak. Our bank guaranteed in hand payment received by the 28th and they did not post in time so sent us for disconnect.
