Brought my daughter's car in due to overheating. Was very impressed by the young lady in the office, very knowledgeable. Dave the mechanic did an awesome job, had the car back the next day. Will definitely be back in the future for repairs !!!

I got in m car today to go to an appointment. Nothing more frustrating than the battery being dead. I got roadside assistance to jump my battery. I went to Autozone because they help install things. This time though they couldn't because there was computerization associated with it. They said to go to a place where they can install it such as 5 Minute Oil or Valvoline. Due to the Covid-19 5 minute oil was closed. Valvoline didn't know how to install it with the computer and they suggested Wilke's so I went there. Jack installed it right away. There were 4 other cars ahead of me but he did it for me at no charge. He was my hero today and gets my 2 thumbs up!

Took my truck in for a basic repair and I have had to take it back to them 3 times over 4 weeks to make them fix what was broken after they "fixed it". Beware this shop the owner is kind and reasonable but his workforce and the parts that they use are a joke. To be more specific i had the front CV axles changed and they have broken twice now and after I got my truck back the second time the front differential was completely empty of gear oil. They do not check their work and look for the quickest way to make a profit without thinking of their work quality. And after being at the shop for 2 weeks we called them to check on it and they hadn't touched it after telling us that it would be done in one day

Well all i can say is wilkes is not 1 of the cheaper auto repair shops, but, he works on my moms car and his work is always top notch! I can only tell u that u wont find a better mechanic with such top quality. Polite, fast,& dependable. If u need ur ride fixed, diagnoist just call him and he will take care of it.

These people are so slow, had my car for days, then had to come back to refix a plug they made to work my fuel pump and now i was under the car checking for an oil leak and found the serpentine belt was on wrong! I had to take pictures to show people, I couldn't believe it. The belt was on the wrong side of the pulley and rubbing against the metal frame. I have more pic but dont feel like wasting any mo time on this.
