I lived in one of their units for a year. I paid my rent on time and left the unit in very good condition. They never refunded my security deposit even though I went to their office three times over a six month period to get it. Every time they claimed they had to talk to the owner and he was not there. No one ever contacted me. I had an attorney send them a letter over two weeks ago. I have still not heard from them.

Good doing business with them. They are always there to help me with the repairs in my apartment. They are also are very considerate. I appreciate when they give me extra time for rent if my rent is short.

I resided locally and enjoyed the downtown area. The management treated me with respect. I loved my bright apartment and had some problems; however, they were resolved effectively. I had new appliances along with plenty of space for HUD housing. Thanks to Dave for working with me on my lease.

The people are EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL! I've had to live with mold for months because Dandell keeps lying saying they're going to fix it. I'm STILL waiting! I was locked out of my apartment, so I called to see if they would come open my door. The lady simply said No and hung up on me!!!!! I called them to come look at my bath tub (it wasnt draining). I called thur(No answer)I called fri., the lady said they dont do maintenence calls on the weekends! WHAT THE F+#K!! Anytime I call, the 1st thing they ask is rent, as if to imply they only provide service if ur rent is paid! How blatantly rude can you be?! When I go to pay rent, I get no friendly greeting. What I do get is "how much you got?" If you're late paying rent, they put a paper on your door with all your info( names, amounts) on it. This is a violation of privacy and ILLEGAL!!This "company" is only concerned with collecting money. They have no manners, business etiquette, or people skills. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DANDELL!
