My mother used this service today and was put in tears with how rude the driver was to her, she tried to call the doctors office to let them know she was going to be late and the driver told her that she was being rude and doesn't have to put up with people like her....the receptionist heard the driver over my mother and stated the driver was very rude and inconsiderate to the passenger. Unfortunately my mother did not get the name of the driver but I can honestly say If i had her name i would be reporting her for elderly neglect!!!!! absolutely horrible staff!!!!!
