when i started dealing with fred in dec 2009...i thought he was an honest trustworthy respectable businessman...boy was i wrong..im trying 2 tell the whole story but this site is tripping...but the short version is...sandy told me 2 brong the car in...i do last weds...i call on fri 2 see if they had a chance 2 look at it...only to be informed they were booked through the wk all i wanted 2 know was why didnt she tell me that before she told me 2 bring the car in...she put fred on the phone he instantly began being rude so i said i will pick my car back up....but i didnt i still needed the work done soi was going to let him do the work anyway...so yesterday i went in around 12:45 on 10/16/13 to give them my keys again and the guy in the lobby told me they were in the bay...i stand in the bay doorway for a sec no one comes i see fred standing in front of a running truck with t he hood up...so i walk 2 the front of ther running truck obly to find sandy and fred making out....wow...sandy takes my key and i try talkin to fred about what happened and again he was very rude and disrespectful talkin about how customers are always complaing when its a problem blameing them...all i ever wanted was common courtesy ..who wants 2 drop their property off with anyone and not kno its going 2 b there for weeks...we got ibto a big arguement and i took my keys back again and call a tow yruck to get my car off his lot....later around 4 when my mom took my keys to the tow truck drover my mom went in 2 see what the problem was and sandy and fred tried yellin her i jus dropped my car off on my own and that i came in beong rude to them...which is an absolut lie....it hurt my feelings because i trusted fred...only 2 be disrespected...me and my mother e both pri cant finish this post the way want but dont trust fred hes a liar n now i see hes a cheat so if he has a wife hes making out wit tht receptionist at work u beytet waych him hes a snake...
