My boat was damaged while I was in FL and I had it repaired by the Bass Pro down there. However, the paint Tracker (manufacturer of my boat) provided the shop didn't even come close to matching the actual paint. Tracker actually used Randy to perform a custom match and it turned out perfect. He did such a great job that when I had another repair, he was the first one I thought of to bring my boat to. I would highly recommend him!

Don't believe anything he say's or puts in writing. Make sure you get an outside inspection on anything your thinking of purchasing here. It will be money well spent before making a long trip.

Randy at Metro East Marine and...

Randy at Metro East Marine and Fiberglass is a Crook. He sold me a boat, but at the expense of the original seller. The boat was under consignment and he sold it to me for one price, then went and told the owner that he sold it for significantly less. The only way the owner found out was because we purchased the boat as a cash deal kind of thing and I went and did the tax, title, and registration myself (saved $320 - a boat payment and a couple tanks of gas in my book). However, for the taxes, I needed a bill of sale from the previous owner. Randy didn't want to work with me on this and demanded that I do the taxes and stuff through him (while he nickeled and dimed me) or else "there would be problems" and "I wouldn't get to keep my boat." So I did a people search online and got a hold of the original owner to have him sign a bill of sale for me. Come to find out, Metro East Marine and Fiberglass (Randy) staright up lied to him on the selling price and they tried pocketing an extra $1200 from the previous owner. Then Metro East (Randy) calls me up trying to strong-arm me into doing the Tax, title and registration through him (so that he could cover it up and not get sued, I presume).... problem after problem and lie after lie with this place. The only reason I even give them 1 star is because his mother (Betty) works there and is one of the sweetest ladies ever. If not for her, they get zero stars. Avoid this place like the plague!

We have been in business for over 30 and have found we cannot make every customer happy. In this boat sale the previous owner had several charges due that were waived in the sale and that is where the 1200 dollars comes in. Also this gentleman does not tell you that he did not want to pay the dealer and state charges that is why he got in contact with the owner and there is where the problem lies and so does he.This is funny since it is our only reveiw and none of the other 400 customers a year ever take the time to say how great their expereinces were. Also we strive to meet all our customers expectations and as in this case we even loaned him accessories to use while he was waiting for his to come in.
