To begin, I only contacted this company because my home warranty said I had to. They came out to my house to see what was going on with my refrigerator, came out a second time to try and fix the problem. Problem wasn't fixed. PROMISED me I would be the first stop for our THIRD appointment with them. Was promised by the owner Dorian as well. Was their third stop. Glenn (the tech who was very polite) finally came. Problem still couldn't be fixed. Made another appointment for a week and a half later (as they had to order MORE parts). THEY FORGOT TO PUT US ON THEIR SCHEDULE! This company is very unprofessional and do not care about their customers. They know they will keep getting business because the home warranty company makes people use them. DO NOT USE!!!! No customer service. I was hung up on multiple times by their rep. AWFUL!!!!
