Steven was very professional and concerned about making sure things were done right. I truly appreciate all he did but also how he went about doing it. He showed up with a smile on his face and friendly demeanor. 100% would call them back if I ever have an issue again. Thank you Steven and Roto Rooter

Roto-Rooter called asking if they could come earlier, that's always a plus in my books. Steven was very courteous and kept me informed on what he was doing. He stayed for hours, however, he wasn't able to clear my sewer. He called another person in the company who was able to come within 15 minutes of the call. The other person used a different piece of equipment, jetter, and was able to clear the blockage. The only reason I only gave 4 stars is I had to pay a higher price than was originally quoted because another person had to come out to clear the drain.

Zak was very professional, friendly and worked diligently to fix our sewer issues. He completed the entire job, even though it was very labor intensive.

Hasan did a great job unclogging our drain and was very helpful talking through the issue and what we could do to help prevent this in the future. I would definitely recommend Roto Rooter and will use them again.

Roots were blocking pipes and the drain had backed up into the basement. Nick was at the house within an hour of contact. He had the pipes cleared quickly, and gave multiple options for preventative maintenance in the future.

Carl of Roto-Rooter was very professional and courteous. He worked diligently for about three hours removing a rotted pipe below my first floor sink and installing a new sink I purchased. It was not an easy job but Carl had the knowledge and tools to complete both jobs. Thanks Roto-Rooter!!!

Needed them on a weekend, they took the call and showed up within the hours. Took care of the problem, and Miquel even discussed what problems we were experiencing since this is the second time this week we had to call a plumber for this same problem. (Different plumbers) He provided some advice that we will probably follow up on. Thank you.

Everyone I spoke to and met during this first encounter with Roto-Rooter was truly exceptional. The schedulers were pleasant, helpful, and personable. The technician was prompt and patient. The plumbers and their supervisors were prompt, patient, customer-oriented, skilled, and trustworthy. Absolutely, none better! I delayed my stoppage too long, not knowing how quickly and professionally my issue could have been resolved sooner. Thank you to everyone! Matt and Mike were especially superb!

This was a follow up to a service I had six weeks prior. It was much better than the original experience. I wish Mike had been the first plumber on the job for the original sewer back up. He was very knowledgable and quickly got to the job. He recommended we find the buried clean out box in my front yard.

He found it quickly dug it out. He also found exactly were the clog was in the drain and quickly cleaned that as well. He recommended some preventative solutions to stave off future problems.

Next time I call Roto-Rooter, I'll ask for him by name.

Exceptional same-day service that went seamlessly from problem appraisal to job completion. We were comfortable with the representative, Jim (1290), with his job assessment. He offered an estimated cost for the job including a full explanation with regard to things he could encounter w/additional cost impact. As a result of his full-disclosure we did not feel the need to get comparative bids and authorized the work... done same day. Completely satisfied with Roto-Rooter and highly recommended.

The icing on the cake? No plumber's butt in sight. :-)
