If I could give it 0 stars I would! My package was delayed 3 DAYS! Each day's delay status showed it would be out for delivery the next day. Yes, this happened 3 days in a row. And when I requested to just pick it up since it was at our local UPS store I was told I would still have to wait another day! Unacceptable! Thank goodness customers do not rely on UPS for promptness, right UPS?! Will use FedEx regardless of price for every delivery from here on out. Way to go, UPS on loosing another customer.
