I was initially really excited about potentially using Sherrie's cleaning services after reading some of her reviews. I called Sherrie multiple times and left messages. I never received a call back from Sherrie. I realized that Sherrie does not value future customers, and I am left feeling very disappointed.

I was looking forward to hiring because of all the great reviews.

I called Sherrie, left a voicemail (this was around Christmas), so we were playing phone tag...no big deal, I figured she was super busy. When I finally was able to get a hold of her weeks later, she was extremely nice on the phone. We set up a date and time for her to come to our house.

The day she was scheduled to come over, an hour before the appointment she called to reschedule. This was perfectly fine, and we rescheduled for the next day. She was supposed to call me in the morning and let me know when she was on her way. However, she did not call me the next day nor did she come over for her scheduled appointment. I was very disappointed that she was a no call no show, and she has yet to call me.

I understand things come up, which is why I was not upset when we had to reschedule. But it is unprofessional to not call or show up when you say you are going to. I now will be going elsewhere for service.
