i bought 4 pcs dinning room- set -chairs are damaged and after checking prices for same item I believe I was rip off for "over price" also for false info. salesperson claimed price was higher since merchandise was not made in China ..you know what once was delivered , boxes read made in China. i am been calling and leaving messages for them to send somebody home to look at the chairs and replace them....their excuse is that the store is not open for the public
but I do not need the store to be open I just need somebody to replace the chairs and give me a refund for the overprice paid.. I hope somebody from the store will help me to resolve this issue otherwise I will have no choice to go straight to the BBB Thanks

They are very unprofessional and all the sales slips read special order no cancellations. .
