I am extremely disappointed in the service I recently received after being a customer of theirs for many years. I trusted them throughout the years and shopped around for the last job they did. They overcharged me by a sizable amount compared to quotes from three other shops. They put in cheap parts and don't even ask or give their customers options. The most disappointing part was they neglected to inform me of other issues with my car. My valve cover gaskets were seeping oil and my radiator was leaking. Things that should be easily detected by a mechanic. Very disappointed!
