Just got 2 phones the other day.

Best deal ever 2 free androids ;) can't beat that.

Ppl working there are great and very helpful.

My fav store by far. I bought my I phone 6 from there and it was the best deal.

They also helped me with my I cloud account and transferring all my info.

My favorite cell phone store in town.

Every time I go there I am never disappointed.

The employees are great... One of them was so patient with my mom and helped her set up her Google account and her face book. I think she is the manager there.

I recommend to everyone, you won't be disappointed.

The only positive thing I can say about this place is that the price I was quoted was a bit lower than competitors in the area. However, knowing what I know now, I'd gladly pay more to go elsewhere.



To start, the time to complete my repair was RIDICULOUS. I was quoted a time of 1 week to replace the screen on my phone. A week came and went with no word, so I called the store (this was a Monday). I was told that the part was delayed and that it would be done by Friday. Again, the day came and went with no word. I called on Monday and was told it would be done that day. Guess what? It wasn't. I called again on Tuesday and was told that they hadn't ordered a second part that was needed, so I would have to wait another 5 days for the phone to be repaired.



On top of this, the woman who often works during the day is a horrible customer service representative. She was rude and condescending on the phone, could never find information on my phone without taking several minutes to shuffle around, and always had to ask me for the same information (name, model of phone) half a dozen times whenever I called. There were also multiple times that she promised to call me back and never did, then got angry when I called back the next day. The owner is nice, but this woman is enough to make me seek another store in the future.



Overall, I would never, ever recommend this place to anyone. The possible cost savings are not worth being left in the dark about your phone, and having the whole process dragged out far longer than it needs to be. Had they at any point called me to update me, or apologized for the issues, I might have been a little more lenient. But the fact that I had to contact them to learn about every delay and issue was a turnoff.

I had a problem with my iPhone screen and they fixed for me. Good price and great customer service.
