I stopped at this store while Christmas shopping with my 11 year old son on 12/13 at 2:30 in the afternoon. There were 15 to 20 people in the store and between 6 and 10 children in the main dinning area under the age on 7. The counter person was very friendly and took our orders without issue. The food was fine, I had no problems there either.



The problem I had was with one person bagging french fries. He was having a conversation with other employees working in the drive through area. The conversation was related to a recent DUI the employee had received.



They were all laughing and carrying on and then he began yell profanities (F### this and F###ing that). The store/shift manager was standing next to him and said nothing. Shortly after the profanities began, a voice from behind the counter yells "watch the language" but nothing changed. The conversation lasted between 3 and 5 minutes.



After collecting my order and taking it to the table where my son was, I returned to the counter and asked to speak to the manager. I asked the manager to address the language on the employee and was told that it would be taken care of. The manager offer nothing in the way of an apology to me or any of the other customers in the store.
