Beware investing your money here, especially if you are military (TSP is the way to go)!! They charge you a fee to join, then they charge you a fee to transfer your money to another company. VERY POOR communication and I was stood up for 2 separate appointments to “review my account” To top it all off, when I finally got frustrated enough to request my money be transferred back into my TSP account, they keep asking for forms and signatures one at a time instead of requesting everything necessary to complete the transaction at once. I feel like I’m trying to quit a gym membership or AOL for your old timers out there.
