Wow!! Do not go here...went in for small spring install, $50 @ most....Told it would be over $450 for total overhaul...wtmower...go anywhere else!!!

I took in my Ryobi air blower due to a non starting issue. J&J looked at the blower and told me that it required a new carburetor and was leaking fuel. I paid them $32.00 to look at the blower. They said a new carburetor plus labor would cost me $125.00. I then took it home and had my neighbor look at the blower and he advised me that the fuel lines were cut to the carburetor and the throttle cable was unhooked. My neighbor then re-attached the fuel lines, re-hooked the throttle cable, primed the carburetor, pulled the starter twice and the blower worked as advertised. I gave my neighbor the blower for showing me what a rip off J&J repair was.

Be very careful to get any estimates in writing. I took in two lawn mower tires to be repaired. They had the tires in their hands and told me it would be $18.50 per tire for labor (this is very high) and about $7-8 dollars for the tube if necessary. I picked the tires up and they charged me $28 PER TUBE not $8. They told me the tires were "special". Didn't they know that when they looked at them to give me the initial estimate. They should have called me when they realized the tires were "special". I was lucky thought because they just happened to have two of those very special tires in stock for another customer that they gave to me. Glad I was the other customer that had special order "special" tubes just to have them given away. Very questionable honesty and ethics. I won't be back.
