Mad River & NKP Railroad Museum collects, gathers, discusses and exchanges items and information of interest to members, rail fans, railroaders and those interested in railroading. It brings together those persons who are interested in preserving, restoring and maintaining interest in railroad history and railroad items of the past and the present. It provides books, videos, patches, pins, T-shirts, hats and mugs in the gift shop. It has a picnic shelter in the former passenger depot area, which has been turned into a park. Its former Bellevue Monument Works houses displays, wooden cars and a video viewing area. It has a large parking space for cars and buses.
