Horrible! They charge the parents of your guests for socks even if you are not using the equipment and just sitting in the lounge. Management is rude and dismissive. Staff yells at the kids. Horrible time! Don't use Bellevue 321 Bounce!

I thought I would submit some comments since we have held three birthday parties here in the last 4 years. We have 4 kids and it seems they all enjoy coming back to 3-2-1 Bounce. All of the events went off without any problem or issues of any kind. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They have common sense rules in place to ensure the safety of the kids and participating adults. When I scheduled my parties I reviewed all the frequently asked questions they gave me in writing and there were never any suprises or concerns. I priced out the party prices and pizza prices with all other similar venues and the prices are actually a little lower than the others. This is a really fun place for kids and adults wanting a care free party for their kids.
